General care refers to the support provided to individuals with activities of daily living, such as toileting, grooming, eating, and other personal tasks. This can include assistance with bathing, dressing, using the restroom, and other tasks that are necessary for maintaining personal hygiene and well-being. The goal of general personal care is to help our individuals maintain their independence and quality of life.

This is a transportation service that picks you up from your doorstep and drops clients off to their designated destination.

Participants are offered snacks, and those with special dietary needs are provided with special snacks.

PACK LUNCHES ARE REQUIRED

Join us for a delightful experience! While we encourage everyone to pack their own lunch daily, their will be special occasions where lunch is provided. Announcements are made through our newsletters & calendars.

You will also see our crew out in the community. Our NMT services also include community outings and special trips during ADS services!!!!

Our experienced drivers, and compassionate staff always ensures a safe commute to and from so many places in Lucas County and surrounding areas.

Engage in appropriate interactions with other participants in planned activities to enhance their experience and well-being. This can be especially beneficial for individuals with certain conditions, as it can provide a sense of belonging and social support. Our activities consider the specific needs and abilities of each participant to ensure that the interactions are inclusive and enjoyable for everyone involved.

Weekly mentor group meetings provide specialized teachings on behavior awareness, community conduct, and self-care.

Our mentorship program is a structured relationship between a mentor (an experienced and trusted advisor) and a mentee (a less experienced individual) to facilitate personal and professional growth. The mentor provides guidance, support, and feedback to the mentee to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills.

Community involvement and participation refer to the active engagement of individuals and groups in various activities that promote the well-being of their community. This can include volunteering, attending community events, participating in local government or school board meetings, and advocating for positive change. Every day there are daily trips planned for our clients to enjoy and engage in!
